Bill Withers is most known for his timeless hits, Lovely Day, Ain’t No Sunshine, and Lean on Me amongst others. Earlier this year, the 77-year old singer was inducted into the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame, a feat well deserved. It wasn’t until he was 33 years old, as a Navy veteran that his career began to make progress, in 1971. And while this has already been a great year for the singer, it keeps getting better. His legacy will be remembered once more, but this time by some of the greatest singers of the current generation. On Thursday, October 1st, D’Angelo, Ledisi, Aloe Blacc, Ed Sheeran, Sheryl Crow, and a few others will pay tribute to him at the Carnegie Hall, in Lean on Him. Tickets are available now via Carnegie Hall, and range from $48-$160.
